Yes, this scene is from FI. I said that the scar was in his left eye in the clip just to prove the scene was flipped. And he is right handed. He appears writing the crossword, the map and those frases to Charlie with his right hand. It's your birthday, GL12? Happy birthday!! ;D

A clip from "Throwing from the handle" where Locke appears to throw the knife left handed, but the scene was just flipped.
I got your email and sent you a PM in The Fuse explaining

Sorry, I made a mistake about my avie. It's not from Further Instruction, it's from Enter 77, right after he talked to Mikhail about computers not being able to cheat.

I can't wait for the DVDs.
Of course, we are at a technological nexus, given the proliferation of HD-DVD/Blu-Ray, and the increased avaialability of universal players...hopefully price reductions forthcoming...
This creates for us a difficult dichotomy, whether to continue purchasing standard DVDs until we can afford the entire HD setup...and then if we can and do purchase it, do we go back and "fill-in" our favorites in the the collection with HD materials?
It's truly mind-boggling. However, I would thikn that LOST with its lavish sets, blazing action and incredible acting would make an outstanding candidate for HD.
Does anybody here have LOST DVDs in HD?

I didn't know there was an option, Mang. I watched HD on TV and couldn't even tell the difference.

One can either buy the standard DVD format, HD-DVDs or Blu-Ray DVDs.
For so many years, they only offered standard DVD formats. Now that high defenition television has emerged, they offer the new HD-DVD and Blu-Ray DVD formats capable of high definition.
I was thinking that after all these years of buying favorites on standard DVD, when I upgrade to HDTV, I wonder how much I will re-buy old DVDs with the new format. That was the mind-blowing aspect, the cost of that!

There are certain shows/films that I can imagine would be wondrous on HD, like Lord of the Rings, LOST, Matrix, etc. To date, they only made LOST Seasons 1 & 2 on standard DVD formats. LOST Season 1, standard format on Amazon.comLOST Season 2, standard format on Amazon.comBut for LOST Season 3, they are making 2 sets, standard format and and Blu-Ray HD. LOST Season 3, standard format on Amazon.comLOST Season 3, Blu-Ray format for HD on Amazon.comNow imagine that they re-render Seasons 1 & 2 into HD formats, and extrapolate that to all of your favorite movies as well, and that could get pricy should you want to take advantage of the HDTV capabilities!

They want you to rebuy everything which is a bunch of BS. I wouldn't.
