Thanx I'm getting better. I'm nowhere near as good as some of the icon makers out there.

Well, since I wouldn't know where to begin, I can't really say anything. Speaking of icons, what is i-o that's written under yours?

Coaxial Creature is a story in a collection called i-o by Simon Logan.
And, well, yeah, you can still say something. Just because you can't paint, doesn't mean you don't know what makes a good painting...

Who said I can't paint? I'm just saying, I can appreciate something, even if I can't personally do it.

I was just using that as an example. Just because you can't do something, you can know what's good in the area. Expertise, imo, gives one a right to say what's good, not, and rank them. It's how critics work, how museum curators work. And you know my feelings on the dynamics of what's good and bad.
Basically, I wouldn't be offended if you said I was nowhere near at all close to being a great icon maker, cause I know it's not true. I'm a dabbler.
