Hopefully someone will tape it for me, too. I'm just so excited to see T in something new, besides LOST.

If I can download the episode from iTunes I'll send my tape to you. (unless somebody else offers to tape it for you.)

So, you can transfer iTunes to video or DVD?

No, unfortunately not. I'm still going to tape the episode with my VCR. (The downloaded version I'd put on my iPod). I'd be sending the taped version to you.

I wonder it it will be on iTunes after the first episode airs? I hope so because I'd love to have Terry's episode to put on my iPod. (I'm going to tape it but that's useless for transferring to my computer)

Can you transfer it from a DVD? I'm sure Edith would send you a copy.

Anything that you burn from iTunes can only be viewed, heard, etc. by the person who bought that particular item. So in other words, if I burn an episode of LOST on DVD. Only I can watch it on my iTunes. If I have another computer and I put my credit card information on that iTunes, then I can watch it there.
iTunes is very proprietary.
However, as I said earlier, I can burn DVDs off of my DVR. I don't know whether they can be played on iTunes. Also, they are not top quality DVDs. They serve the purpose of viewing a show once again.

I can convert non-copy protected DVDs to a format that would work on an iPod.
I don't think the fact that the DVD isn't top quality would matter. I'm not a real videophile.
